Children's Programs

The library offers numerous programs throughout the year for children of all ages. Storytimes are usually offered in 6-week sessions, for children of various ages, and various programs are offered bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonally.
For specific days and times as well as other programs, visit the Montgomery County Public Library Event Calendar and choose "Pottstown" from the left-most dropdown menu.

Ongoing Programs

We offer several ongoing programs throughout the year:

Lego Club

Join us monthly in the children's room to build with Legos. After the children are done building their creations, we will display the wonderful Lego designs in the library. Space is limited. You can sign-up for this program in the Youth Department.
The Lego Club meets one Saturday a month from 2 - 3 p.m.

Chess Club

Everyone is welcome to our Chess Club! All ages, all skill levels! We have lots of chess boards for everyone to play against members of all skill levels. Completely new to the game? That's ok - we'll teach you. This is a wonderful, open opportunity to anyone that has ever wanted to learn chess.
