How to obtain a library card

Library cards are issued free of charge to all residents of our service area, upon presentation of valid identification and proof of address. Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in order to obtain a card.

A MCLINC card issued by the Pottstown Public Library provides access to all of the MCLINC libraries in Montgomery County.

An ACCESS PA sticker on your card allows you to use participating libraries outside of Montgomery County.

The replacement fee for a lost card is $3.00 the first time, and $5.00 thereafter.
